Frequently asked questions
Transparency is something that is very important to us as a company. We strive to make our process as simple and straightforward possible for the benefit of our clients. Feel free to contact us at any time regarding any questions or concerns you may have.
How do I know I will get an offer?
Any prospective offer that we make will be based off of our own evaluation process; which includes preliminary county research on the property, in addition to title research. We do make offers on tax delinquent land and also on properties that currently have liens. Of course, in both instances, offers are still based off of our evaluation system.
Who has access to the information about my land submitted in the Cash Offer Form?
All of the information submitted in the form is confidential and secure using the latest SSL encryption. The only other party who will have access to your property information is the title company who handles the closing.
How long does the process take from start to finish?
There are a lot of variables that factor into the amount of time it takes to complete sales process. While the process is generally pretty straightforward, there will occasionally be delays with title work, unpaid taxes, paying off outstanding liens, property research, etc. In the event of a delay, we will communicate the details of the delay promptly to uphold our commitment to providing the highest degree of customer service.
Do you all buy properties that are in probate?
Yes! Quite a few of our customers have vacant land that they have inherited with no intentions of using the land. As long as the land meets the qualifications of our evaluation process we will take land tied up in probate off of your hands!
